A video played in reverse shows the sentence “It is not set in stone” gradually disappearing until no words remain. The stone seen in the video is also physically present in the space. It bears the same sentence, but without the word “not”—an inscription made through grinding.
The work describes the moment when inner resistance dissolves and clarity becomes possible. Between doubt and resolve, a quiet movement unfolds—from retreat to decision, from negation to assertion.

Single-channel 4K video, 30:33 min, color, sound
The video employs a deliberately altered temporal structure. All visible traces of the body and the tools have been removed, shifting attention away from the person performing the action and towards the process of disappearance itself.
Only incidental traces appear at the edges—a shoe, a shadow, a movement. The writing dissolves at an irregular pace: periods of intense activity pass quickly, while moments of waiting and hesitation remain longer.
The absence of action becomes a presence in itself, and silence becomes the space in which time is made visible.
