These works emerge from an ongoing reflection on how to live, how I want to live, and what makes it possible to continue. Rather than offering an answer, they trace changing attempts to orient myself within everyday life.

A Long Aftermath brings together works developed over many years in response to the lasting effects of trauma. Moving across drawing, porcelain, bronze, performance, and book form, the project traces processes of endurance, confrontation, and continuation.

For many years, difficulty falling asleep and sleeping deeply led me to experience vivid dreams and remember them in unusual detail. I recorded fragments of them in scattered notes and drawings, often without dates or any systematic order.

Over time, this fragmented archive became a recurring source for independent works in glass, video, sculpture, and installation. Some works translate particular dream scenes, while others rearrange recurring figures, situations, and emotional structures into new narratives and physical forms.

These works begin with things, situations, and contradictions that are easily overlooked. They may appear as small forms, incidental details, ordinary objects, or familiar structures whose meaning is rarely questioned.

By staying with what usually remains at the edge of attention, the works examine how value, access, and visibility are produced. What first seems minor or self-evident can reveal a larger social condition.
