A glass body catches the light —
as if to say, “Look at me.”

But as someone approaches,
its glow fades.
Instead, the surroundings begin to shine:
inconspicuous elements, once hidden in shadow, come into view.

What had seemed dominant disappears.
Something fragile becomes visible —
and begins to speak.

When the person steps away again,
the small things retreat into the dark.
Their quiet voices fall silent,
and the light returns to the large form.
